Aries Full Moon

September 26, 2026: Full Moon at Aries 3°37’, 12:49 pm EDT.
The Aries Full Moon highlights the emotional dilemma of relationship: how to honor our desire for personal expression while simultaneously honoring the emotional needs of the other.
Moon in Aries has a reflexive need to be free and can seek relief from the stress of relationship by adopting an “I’m out of here!” attitude. The Aries Full Moon activates the “Me!” aspect in all of us and can bring impatience with anything that feels like constraint.
The Easy Trine involving Pluto, Neptune and Uranus remains in place, with the Sun forming a Grand Trine with Pluto and Uranus and an opposition with Neptune conjunct to the Moon. This is a Kite pattern; an opportunity for a creative solution to a problem delineated by the opposition that forms the spine of the Kite (Sun opposite Moon/Neptune).
The problem: emotional confusion around what feels like constraint in relationships. This issue can come up in any type of relationship – family, friend, work, community – and is particularly relevant to partnerships. The Kite suggests that there are opportunities to find meaningful solutions. Relationships require compromise and a willingness to negotiate. Individual needs are important and must be balanced against the needs of the other.
During this Full Moon window your interactions with others may feel stressed. In its shadow, Aries will default to anger; this fire sign is the home of the Warrior. Conflict is sure to follow. Remember that we are by nature social beings; we long to be in relationship with others while simultaneously needing to express our individuality. If we pay attention, this Full Moon window will provide information about how to be fully in relationship while simultaneously honoring our need for personal freedom.
