March 29, 2025: New Moon Solar Eclipse at Aries 9°00’, 6:58 am EDT.
We come to the end of the tunnel and are ready to exit the portal and enter a new phase of experience. We leave behind all that we do not want to take with us and emerge from the darkness cleansed and purified.
This is a partial Solar Eclipse. The Moon, Sun and Earth will not perfectly align, which means that the light of the Sun will not be totally blocked by the Moon. This partial eclipse will be visible mainly over the Atlantic Ocean and within a thin line surrounding the ocean - the northeastern US, western Europe, north Asia, northwest Africa and northern South America.
New Moons always initiate a new phase and none more so than the Aries New Moon. Aries is the beginning of a new astrological year, and this New Moon is the beginning of a new 5-month period of experience. Neptune - one of the astrological giants – will begin its transition into Aries the next day (March 30).
The keyword here is “newness.” A new month, a new phase, a new astrological year, and another step more firmly into a new age. In Egyptian myth, Aries is aligned with Kephera, the Rising Sun. Every day is a new beginning and new opportunities abound. Take time during this Dark Moon to contemplate what you want to bring with you into this phase of experience and make a commitment to bring forth something new in your own life.
The phase of experience that begins with this partial Solar Eclipse will end on September 7.
