September 21, 2025:  New Moon Solar Eclipse at Virgo 29°05’, 3:54 pm EDT.

It is time to step out of the portal – the tunnel between the worlds – and into a new phase of experience. The initiation of the next phase begins with this Solar Eclipse, and the chart for this event is remarkable.

To speak a bit of astrologese:  The eclipse point is opposite to the on-going Saturn/Neptune conjunction. It forms a conjunction to Mercury in Libra, and the three together (Sun/Moon/Mercury) form a Grand Trine with Pluto and Uranus, and a Kite pattern with Saturn/Neptune. There are two Yode formations – one with Mars in a Yode with Uranus and Saturn/Neptune – the other with Venus in a Yode with Pluto and Neptune. Mars is also part of a loose Grand Cross with Pluto, Eris/Chiron, and Jupiter. That covers just about everyone in the astrological family.

During the last phase of experience (March 29 to September 7) three of the outer planets – Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune – began their transition into new signs. For the last several years our reality has been defined by the outer planets moving through earth and water signs. Earth and water signs are receptive, feminine, and introverted. The water sign Pisces – the sign of the dying age – has been particularly strong. We are now moving rapidly into the Aquarian Age and we are seeing real world changes. These changes involve the breakdown of established systems, accompanied by chaos and instability.

Over the next five months, we will re-visit the energy of the past few years. Neptune and Saturn will be back in Pisces (Saturn is already there). Uranus will retrograde back into Taurus. The dizzying rate of change we’ve experienced in the last phase will slow down, but the direction is established. What has been will no longer be, and we are challenged to create the new vision.

The new phase will last until February 17, 2026.
