Step out of the portal between the worlds and into the light of a new phase of experience.
Our completing Moon cycle (November 4 – December 4) invoked strong Scorpio energy and a challenging relationship to Uranus, the Great Awakener. The dominating influence of 2021 has been the Saturn/Uranus square. The third square between these two is rapidly approaching, exact on December 24.
This Saturn/Uranus relationship refers to the struggle of birth. Saturn is the form that contains gestation. As new life grows within this safe container, it eventually must break out. Uranus is the shatterer of Saturnian form. Simply put, we are in a birth process.
Birth is inevitably aligned with death and 2021 has brought many unexpected endings. Friendships have fallen away, replaced by new alignments. Ways of being – how we work, gather, play, communicate – have been shattered, traded for new expressions. Deep within us, there remains an unconscious desire to return to “normal” but as we reach for the security of the past, our goal evaporates before our eyes.
Living with uncertainty is difficult. We humans want to act, to do something so we will feel safe. And the process of gestation is not complete. We have to wait. While you are waiting, go inward and align with your true self and remember why you are here. If you don’t know, it’s time to find out.
Eclipses are a planetary phenomenon and all are impacted, whether we see them or not. This eclipse will be visible in Antarctica and not in the Northern Hemisphere. No matter where you live, consciously acknowledge this Solar Eclipse. Take a deep breath; connect with your True Self. Now step out of the portal and into a new phase (December 4 – April 30).
