Twice a year, all things fall into perfect harmony. This is the balance point between day and night, light and dark, Sky and Earth, summer and winter, hot and cold. The opposites briefly merge into One Thing before once again pulling apart.
Close your eyes and feel yourself hovering at this point of stasis. Feel the pull of the opposites within and without. In this moment you are suspended in space, released from time. The pull is equal on both sides, one is not stronger or weaker than the other. This is true balance, true harmony. In this moment, there is no polarization. There is only the harmonious relationship of the two.
Take a deep breath and move forward once again, carrying with you this imprint of the resolution of the opposites.
